Join SMPS Central Florida for an exciting panel discussion about water resources issues in the state of Florida. Learn what this issue means to all Floridians and discover how the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry can get involved in opportunities to help water management districts, municipalities, utilities, and other state agencies be good stewards of this finite resource. The industry experts will share their perspectives on water management issues such as water supply, treatment and distribution procedures, and provide insights concerning legislative issues, regulation, permitting; and discuss drainage wells, stormwater reuse, and low impact development; as well as providing guidance about procurement procedures and identifying opportunities where AEC firms might expect to see work in the future.
