    SMPS-UCF Internship Expos

*Check out the program calendar to find out the dates of the next Internship Expo.*

The Internship Expo, coordinated by the SMPS-UCF Student Chapter, has been a true success since its inception! Both fall and spring expos typically draw approximately 200 students seeking positions made available by more than 30 different top Central Florida companies. Internship Expos take place at the UCF Student Union.

Each employer is provided: 1 - 6' skirted table, 2 - chairs, 1 - campus parking pass, and assistance in getting materials from your car in front of the Student Union to the Expo Hall. This year a $25 donation is appreciated.

    Internship Expo Testimonials

"two [interns] have been with us for about a month now and they are FANTASTIC. We will certainly be back to the next SMPS Expo. Thank you!" Dana A. Clary, Vice President, Business Development, Create Magazine

"We have been very successful utilizing the talent that UCF (SMPS-UCF) has to offer. All of the interns we developed from your expos have worked beyond our expectations. SMPS-UCF does an outstanding job both preparing the student as well showing complete hospitality to those companies involved. We will continue to grab quality interns from your organization." Jim Naugle, Marketing & Web Manager, Laser Institute of America

"Carla Miller and I were extremely pleased with SMPS-UCF's Internship Expo and the quality of the marketing candidates we interviewed in November. We chose two very talented young ladies to intern with us here. They will begin their twelve week internship on January 31. We will be happy to share with you the results of this experience once the girls have completed their time with us. Thank you again for this excellent opportunity to bring talented young people into our profession!" Sharon Weiss, Orange County Public Schools, Career and Technical Education Department
